Calling all Artists in the Palo Verde, Miramonte and Garden District Neighborhoods

Living Streets Alliance, in partnership with the Arts Foundation for Tucson and Southern Arizona, invites artists living in the Palo Verde, Miramonte, and Garden District neighborhoods to submit their ideas for creative, engaging activities to present at this year’s fall Cyclovia Tucson on Sunday, October 30, from 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Artist stipends are available to purchase materials and reimburse participants for their time. We encourage live music and dance — especially if it is interactive — temporary installations of artwork, street art like chalk drawings, paint-by-number murals on plywood that participants can assist in creating, are all good ideas but we look forward to your fresh, creative ideas, too.

Please note: artists should be prepared to be at Cyclovia for the duration of the event, 10am to 3pm, and practice radical self-reliance by supplying all equipment necessary including tables, chairs, shade tents, in addition to supplies needed for your project. Questions? Email us here.

You can submit your proposal here. We’ll be in touch with you shortly.
